Cancellations and Returns: Since our products are handcrafted and manufactured specifically upon your order (made-to-order), please be advised that according to EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), these items are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Consequently, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
